Beansprout Moment - Dateline: Chicago 2007

The butterfly and the ladybug just happened to meet up on this flower... Not only had they likely never been aware one of the other, or been particularly decisive about their destination, but think of the journey each made to land here. The butterfly is big it may have taken her minutes, the ladybug tiny, perhaps she's been traveling for hours. Yet here they are at the same moment, together in a glorious merging of color and light in exquisite detail over lunch. And how fortunate for met that I just happened to pass by just in time to witness and to be inspired. A reminder to never miss such a chance meeting and it's potential to become something beautiful.
